Objective: To know the effect of banana therapy toward short term memory in 10-12 years old children at SDN 3 Grendeng Purwokerto
Method: This study is a quasi experiment with non probability sampling pretest-posttest with control group design. The method of sampling was a purposive sampling with the amount of 18 treatment group and 18 control groups. Analysis used in this study was the pair t test and non pair t test statistic test.
Result: The result of statistical analysis with pair t test in treatment groupgot the p value= 0,000 and in control group p value = 0,602. The statistical analysis result with non pair t testgot p value = 0,006.
Conclusion: banana fruit can increase the short term memory in 10-12 years old children at SDN 3 Grendeng Purwokerto
